Accessories for the Suzuki GSF650S Bandit

The Suzuki GSF650S Bandit is a versatile road bike suited to everyday journeys, weekends on winding roads and touring. How you divide your riding between those jobs helps determine what to fit. Comfortable controls matter in stop-start traffic, while wind protection and room for luggage become more useful when a short ride turns into a weekend away.

What riders usually fit to the Suzuki GSF650S Bandit

• Screens: motorway stretches and longer days in the saddle make airflow worth considering. A screen helps divert wind away from your upper body, with its height and shape influencing where the airflow reaches you on a touring ride.
• Levers: daily commuting means repeated use of the clutch and front brake, particularly through queues and junctions. Comfortable lever reach matters on a Bandit that spends the week in traffic before heading out onto open roads.
• Handlebars: hand position affects how your arms sit and how far you lean forwards. For riders using the Bandit for both town journeys and full days out, the riding position deserves as much attention as luggage or wind protection.
• Crash bungs and bars: these help limit damage to particular areas if the bike tips over at a standstill. They are a practical consideration for a daily-use Bandit regularly manoeuvred into parking spaces or wheeled around a garage.
• Luggage: cases give you somewhere to carry clothes and other essentials on weekend breaks without wearing a rucksack. When touring with a pillion, having space for two people's belongings becomes a bigger part of planning the ride.
