Accessories for the Suzuki SFV650 Gladius

The Suzuki SFV650 Gladius is a naked bike suited to everyday commuting and weekend outings on winding roads. That mix of riding gives accessories a clear purpose: making the riding position work for you, taking some of the wind pressure off on open roads and protecting exposed areas during everyday urban use.

What riders usually fit to the Suzuki SFV650 Gladius

• Screens: Once you leave town, wind exposure becomes more noticeable on a naked bike like the Gladius. A screen helps divert some of that airflow, making it a useful addition if your commute includes faster roads or your Sunday rides regularly stretch into longer outings.
• Levers and handlebars: Stop-start traffic means frequent use of the controls, while a longer ride keeps your arms in the same position for more time. These parts let you address the Gladius's riding ergonomics, with particular attention to how your hands meet the controls and how your arms sit.
• Protectors, crash bobbins and bars: A Gladius used around town also spends time being manoeuvred into parking spaces. Protection is worth considering for those low-speed mishaps and stationary drops, helping limit damage to the areas covered rather than changing the bike's everyday road-going character.
• Footrests: Secure, comfortable foot support matters when your riding switches between commuting and twisty roads. Footrests are part of the relationship between your hands, seat and legs, so they deserve attention when you want to tailor the Gladius's riding position.
• Number plate holders: The rear of a naked bike is visually prominent, making the number plate holder a noticeable styling detail. Changing it gives you another way to personalise the Gladius's appearance, rather than addressing wind exposure or comfort on the daily commute.

For mostly urban riding, controls and protection are sensible starting points. If open-road mileage makes up more of your week, a screen becomes a stronger priority.
