Accessories for the SYM GTS 300 EVO

The SYM GTS 300 EVO is a scooter suited to everyday travel, from commuting to short trips across town. That kind of riding is not just about time spent on the road: frequent stops, parking outdoors and setting off again are all part of the routine. Useful accessories can therefore make a difference while the scooter is parked as well as when you are riding it, without changing what makes it practical for daily journeys.

What riders usually fit to the SYM GTS 300 EVO

For a scooter used regularly, it makes sense to look at the whole journey. Where you leave it, how often you stop and the conditions you ride in can matter more than the length of any single trip. These accessory types address different parts of that routine.

• Security locks: useful when your GTS 300 EVO is parked on the street during the working day or left for a series of short stops. A lock gives you a way to secure the scooter each time you park, including those occasions when you expect to be back in a few minutes.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover can shield the scooter while it is parked outside, whereas a leg cover can make riding in cold or wet weather more comfortable. Both are relevant if you rely on the scooter throughout the year, but they serve different moments of the day.
• Handlebar accessories: the handlebars are in constant use when you are turning through city streets, stopping at junctions and manoeuvring at low speed. Accessories for this area are worth considering when those repeated movements form a large part of your normal ride.

For a GTS 300 EVO from 2009 to 2013, start with the conditions you encounter most often: time spent parked outside, frequent stops or regular rides in poor weather. That helps you decide whether to prioritise protection when parked or comfort on the move.
