Accessories for the SYM Joyride 300

The SYM Joyride 300 is a scooter suited to everyday journeys through town as well as trips on the road. That mix of riding shapes which accessories are worth considering. Wind protection becomes more relevant when your route takes you beyond city streets, while security matters when the scooter is parked during the day. Think about where you ride most often and what happens between journeys: a daily commute puts different demands on accessories from an occasional longer ride.

What riders usually fit to the SYM Joyride 300

• Security devices: a scooter used for regular journeys may be left in several places over the course of a week. An anti-theft device adds a security measure for those stops, whether you are parking near home or leaving the Joyride 300 at your destination.
• Screens: town riding and stretches of open road place different demands on wind protection. A screen can reduce the airflow reaching you when you maintain a steady pace outside the city, making those road sections more comfortable to ride.
• Handlebar accessories: in urban traffic, you use the bars constantly for turns, junctions and low-speed manoeuvres. Accessories for this area let you adapt a part of the scooter you interact with on every journey, particularly if your route involves frequent stops.
• Covers and leg covers: regular scooter use continues when the weather is less inviting. Products in this category address two familiar situations: protecting the Joyride 300 while it is parked and keeping more of the cold off you when you ride.

The most useful choice depends on the journey you repeat. Frequent parking makes security a priority; regular road miles bring the benefit of a screen into sharper focus. If you ride through colder months, it is worth considering protection for both the ride and the time the scooter spends outside.
