Accessories for TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE T120

Accessories for the Triumph Bonneville T120

The Triumph Bonneville T120 combines classic roadster style with everyday usefulness, whether you ride to work or head out for an unhurried weekend on country roads. Accessories should reflect that balance. Wind protection and luggage make sense for longer outings, while protection and carefully chosen finishing touches suit a Bonneville that spends much of its time around town.

What riders usually fit to the Triumph Bonneville T120

• Screens: worth considering if reaching your favourite roads means a stretch of motorway. A screen helps divert airflow away from your upper body. On the T120, the choice also involves deciding how much you want to alter the outline of a classic roadster.
• Protectors and crash bars: offer additional protection against minor knocks and stationary drops. For a Bonneville used throughout the working week, they have a practical role during awkward parking manoeuvres or when wheeling the bike through a confined garage.
• Levers: stop-start commuting puts the clutch and front brake controls to frequent use. If your T120 doubles as weekday transport, comfortable finger placement deserves as much attention as appearance, rather than treating replacement levers purely as a styling detail.
• Mirrors: make a noticeable contribution to the Bonneville’s traditional look. They are a useful way to refine its appearance, but town riding still calls for a clear rearward view rather than a reflection largely filled by your arms.
• Luggage: turns an overnight stop into a more straightforward proposition, with somewhere to carry clothes and personal belongings. For relaxed weekends away on the T120, it also removes the need to spend the whole ride wearing a rucksack.

Decide whether your Bonneville mainly needs to handle the commute or carry weekend luggage before concentrating on visual details such as replacement fasteners, covers and caps.
