Accessories for the Triumph Tiger Sport 800

The Triumph Tiger Sport 800 brings together everyday road riding, weekends on winding roads and longer touring trips. What you fit should reflect the balance between those uses: motorway miles put wind protection higher on the list, while frequent town riding draws attention to the controls. For trips further afield, carrying your belongings on the bike rather than on your back becomes another practical priority.

What riders usually fit to the Triumph Tiger Sport 800

• Screens: useful when your favourite riding roads sit at the far end of a lengthy motorway journey. A screen helps redirect airflow away from your torso, with its height and shape influencing where that air reaches your upper body during sustained road riding.
• Levers: commuting means repeated clutch use, while winding roads bring regular braking inputs. Replacement levers put the focus on your connection with these controls, particularly the reach and grip, when your Tiger Sport 800 handles both weekday traffic and weekend outings.
• Footpegs: a secure place for your feet matters when linking bends, but foot position also becomes noticeable after hours in the saddle. For a bike used across short, lively rides and full touring days, peg surface and position deserve attention alongside the hand controls.
• Crash bungs and bars: intended to help limit damage to certain areas in a fall, particularly at low speed. They make practical sense for daily use and for the slow parking manoeuvres that come with stopping at unfamiliar places on a loaded touring trip.
• Luggage: gives clothing and other travel essentials a place on the bike during multi-day rides. It also reduces reliance on a rucksack; when travelling with a pillion, keeping belongings out of the space you both occupy helps preserve room for a comfortable seated position.
