Accessories for the Vespa GTS 125 Super Sport

The Vespa GTS 125 Super Sport is a scooter well suited to getting around town, with road journeys also part of its usual role. What you fit depends on how those journeys look in practice: frequent stops and parking call for different accessories from longer rides with more exposure to wind and weather. It is worth thinking about what you carry, too, rather than adding storage simply because it is available.

What riders usually fit to the Vespa GTS 125 Super Sport

For a scooter used day in, day out, small changes to comfort and convenience can matter more than an extensive set-up. These accessories address common situations on the GTS 125 Super Sport:

• Protectors: help shield exposed areas from scuffs during parking manoeuvres and everyday use. They are particularly relevant if your Vespa regularly shares tight parking spaces with other vehicles.
• Screens: take some of the wind off the rider when a journey goes beyond slower city streets. They can make a regular ride along open roads feel less tiring while remaining useful on shorter trips.
• Phone mounts: keep directions in view when you are finding an unfamiliar address or linking several stops across town. That is handy on a scooter used for errands as well as a familiar commute.
• Security locks: provide an extra measure of security when the Vespa is parked outside during work, shopping or other stops. They are especially relevant if you leave it in different places throughout the day.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover helps shelter the parked scooter, while a leg cover can make cold-weather riding more comfortable. One is for the hours between journeys; the other is for time spent on the road.
• Luggage cases: give you room for everyday items without carrying everything on your back. They make sense if your ride home often includes shopping or you bring belongings to work.

Consider where the Vespa spends its parked hours and how much of your riding takes place on open roads. Those habits point towards the accessories you are most likely to use.
