Voge 300AC accessories for commuting and weekend rides

The Voge 300AC is a retro-styled naked bike suited to everyday journeys and rides out on the open road. Getting it ready for both means thinking about where you spend your time: town riding puts carrying space and navigation high on the list, while longer stretches outside the city make wind protection more worthwhile.

What riders usually fit to the Voge 300AC

• Screens: on a naked bike such as the 300AC, a screen helps deflect airflow away from your upper body when the commute gives way to faster roads. The useful balance is between the coverage you want for longer rides and a shape that sits comfortably with the bike’s retro styling.
• Phone mounts: useful when your daily ride involves unfamiliar addresses, or a weekend route takes you onto new back roads. A mount keeps navigation visible rather than leaving the phone tucked in a pocket between stops. Set your destination before riding so there is no need to adjust it on the move.
• Protectors: daily use brings tight parking spaces, awkward manoeuvres and plenty of moving the bike around at low speed. Protection can help reduce damage to the areas it covers in a fall, making it a practical consideration for a naked bike with exposed components rather than simply a styling choice.
• Luggage: carrying work essentials or clothes for an overnight stay need not mean wearing a rucksack on every journey. For the 300AC’s mix of town use and leisure riding, match carrying capacity to the trip: a weekday commute and a weekend away call for different amounts of space.

If most of your riding stays in town, carrying space may make the biggest everyday difference. For regular journeys beyond the city, a screen deserves more attention.
