Accessories for the Voge 525DSX

The Voge 525DSX is an adventure bike suited to everyday journeys, longer road rides and occasional unpaved tracks. The balance between those uses gives you a sensible starting point for accessories. Wind protection matters when the miles build up, while venturing beyond the tarmac puts more emphasis on protection and a secure footing.

What riders usually fit to the Voge 525DSX

• Screens: Long motorway stretches on the way to a weekend destination make wind exposure more noticeable. A screen helps manage airflow around your upper body, with its height and shape worth considering alongside your riding position rather than appearance alone.
• Protectors: Low-speed mishaps are a consideration when taking the 525DSX onto loose tracks, as well as when manoeuvring in a car park. Protectors help limit damage to the areas they cover, making them a practical addition for mixed road and trail use.
• Footpegs: If your routes occasionally leave the tarmac, the contact between your boots and the bike deserves attention. Footpeg grip and support are particularly relevant when standing on a track or shifting your stance as the surface changes.
• Levers: Commuting through traffic involves frequent use of the controls, while winding roads call for measured inputs. Lever shape and reach influence how comfortably your fingers operate those controls, so hand comfort is a useful priority on a 525DSX used for both.
• Phone mounts: Navigation is useful when a road trip takes you onto unfamiliar back roads. A mount keeps your phone visible without having to retrieve it at each stop; position it clear of the instruments and controls, and set your route before moving off.

For a mainly road-going 525DSX, start with wind management and comfortable contact points. If unpaved tracks feature regularly in your plans, give protection and foot support a greater share of your attention.
