Accessories for the Voge DS800 Rally

The Voge DS800 Rally is an adventure bike suited to journeys that mix tarmac with unpaved tracks. That combination makes wind protection, a comfortable riding position and protection for off-road use particularly relevant. A bike used mainly for long road days has different priorities from one that regularly takes you onto tracks, where you spend more time standing on the footrests.

What riders usually fit to the Voge DS800 Rally

• Screens: reducing wind exposure makes sense when your route includes long stretches of open road. On a DS800 Rally used off-road as well, that coverage needs to be balanced with a clear view of the ground ahead, especially through slower, uneven sections.
• Footrests: these provide the platform for moving between seated and standing riding. For trail outings, their shape and contact area matter when you are wearing adventure boots and shifting your position over the bike, rather than simply resting your feet during a road journey.
• Handlebars: reach matters on a bike you ride both seated and standing. The bar position affects your stance over the footrests on tracks, as well as how relaxed your arms feel during the road miles between them. It is worth considering both positions together.
• Protectors and crash bars: these take priority over cosmetic changes when tracks are a regular part of your riding. Depending on the component and the area it covers, protection can help limit damage in a low-speed fall, particularly useful when you are away from surfaced roads.
• Phone mounts: keeping route guidance in view is useful on touring days and road sections linking different tracks. Positioning matters on this adventure bike: the mount should leave the instruments visible and avoid restricting your movement when you stand up, with navigation checked only when safe.

For road-focused trips, start with wind protection. For more time on tracks, put your footing, standing position and protective accessories first.
