Accessories for the Voge SR1 ADV

The Voge SR1 ADV is a scooter suited to daily journeys through town and connecting stretches of open road. That mix puts wind protection, clear rearward vision and comfortable controls high on the list of useful additions. A short ride across the city places different demands on your scooter from a commute with longer road sections, so your regular route is a sensible starting point.

What riders usually fit to the Voge SR1 ADV

• Windscreens: on a commute that extends beyond town, a screen can help reduce the wind reaching your upper body. Its height and shape become more relevant when you spend longer on open roads rather than moving between traffic lights.
• Mirrors: busy urban roads make a clear view behind particularly useful before changing lanes or passing a stationary vehicle. Mirror position and viewing area matter when you want to see approaching traffic rather than a reflection dominated by your arms.
• Levers: repeated braking in stop-start traffic brings lever shape and reach into focus. A lever that suits your hand helps you operate the brake without stretching your fingers each time the queue slows down.
• Phone mounts: useful when your SR1 ADV takes you to unfamiliar addresses across town. A mount gives your phone a place for navigation without hiding the instruments, avoiding the need to retrieve it from a pocket whenever you stop to check directions.
• Security locks: worth considering when the scooter spends the working day parked on the street or accompanies you on errands with several stops. How you carry the lock between those stops matters alongside securing the scooter when parked.

When fitting a screen, mirrors and a phone mount together, keep the handlebar movement clear. Tight parking manoeuvres need steering that is not obstructed by the accessories.
