Accessories for YAMAHA D'ELIGHT

Accessories for the Yamaha D'elight

The Yamaha D'elight is a scooter suited to everyday travel around town, from commuting to running errands. Short journeys and frequent stops bring their own priorities: staying comfortable in changing weather, carrying what you need and securing the scooter when you park. The most useful accessories are the ones that fit those everyday situations.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha D'elight

• Windscreens: offer some shelter from the airflow on your regular route, particularly welcome on cooler mornings or when your journey takes you beyond sheltered city streets.
• Protectors: worth considering if you regularly park in tight spaces and want to look after exposed parts of the scooter during day-to-day use.
• Phone mounts: keep directions in view when you are crossing town or heading to an unfamiliar address, rather than having to stop to check the route.
• Locks: useful for the repeated stops that come with errands, whether you are leaving the D'elight outside a shop or parking it during the working day.
• Covers and leg covers: a cover can shield the parked scooter from the weather, while a leg cover can make cold or wet rides across town more comfortable.
• Luggage cases: give you room for small purchases and daily essentials, so you do not have to rely on a rucksack for every journey.

Choosing accessories for your D'elight's year

The D'elight has changed over the years, with versions from 2014-2016, 2017-2020 and 2021-2026. Parts such as windscreens, locks and luggage cases do not necessarily fit every version. Choose your scooter's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours.

Think about where you most often need extra shelter, carrying space or help finding your way. That gives you a sensible starting point for deciding what to fit first.
