Accessories for the Yamaha Majesty 125 S

The Yamaha Majesty 125 S is a scooter well suited to city travel and everyday journeys. When you use a bike this way, frequent stops, street parking and finding your way to unfamiliar addresses can shape which accessories are worth fitting. For the 2015-2016 Majesty 125 S, the options here focus on protecting the scooter and making those daily trips easier to manage.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha Majesty 125 S

Rather than preparing it for long-distance touring, it makes sense to think about the moments that come up on a typical urban ride: manoeuvring into a parking space, leaving the scooter between errands and following a route across town.

• Protectors: tight parking spaces and repeated low-speed manoeuvres bring the risk of knocks and scuffs. Protectors help look after the areas they are designed to cover, particularly if the Majesty spends a lot of time parked alongside other vehicles.
• Locks: a scooter used for everyday errands may be left unattended several times in one day. A lock adds a security measure to that routine, whether you are stopping briefly or parking for longer. Artago and Urban are among the accessory brands available for this model.
• Phone mounts: useful when your daily journey includes an unfamiliar destination as well as familiar streets. A mount keeps your phone in view for navigation, so there is less need to take it out of a pocket whenever you stop to check directions.
• Handlebar accessories: the handlebar area is in constant use as you turn through streets and manoeuvre into parking spaces. Accessories for this area are worth considering if you want to adapt the controls area to the way you ride around town.

For this Majesty, where you leave it and how often your route changes are useful starting points when deciding between protection, security and navigation accessories.
