Accessories for the Yamaha NMAX 125

The Yamaha NMAX 125 is a scooter for everyday urban travel, from the morning commute to shopping trips and journeys across town. Choosing accessories starts with how those journeys unfold. A route along exposed approach roads calls for wind protection, while regular roadside parking makes security and a cover more relevant to your daily routine.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha NMAX 125

• Windscreens: help take wind pressure off your upper body when your commute extends beyond sheltered city streets. For an NMAX used through the colder months, this is particularly useful on open stretches between the suburbs and the town centre.
• Mirrors: a clear rearward view matters when moving between lanes, approaching junctions and joining busy roads. On an urban NMAX, mirror positioning should work with your normal riding posture rather than leave you looking mostly at your own arms.
• Locks: frequent stops can mean leaving your scooter outside an office, a shop or a station. A lock adds a deterrent during those periods away from the NMAX, making it a practical addition for riders without secure parking at every destination.
• Phone mounts: give your navigation device a dedicated position for trips to unfamiliar addresses. They are useful when your NMAX handles both a familiar commute and errands across different neighbourhoods; set up the route while you are still parked.
• Covers and leg covers: serve different parts of a year-round scooter routine. A leg cover helps shield your legs from cold air on the ride to work, while a scooter cover shelters the NMAX when it is parked outdoors.

Think about the least comfortable or least convenient part of your regular journey first. Tackling an exposed section of road or outdoor parking gives each addition a clear purpose.
