Accessories for the Yamaha NMAX 155

The Yamaha NMAX 155 is a scooter suited to city travel as well as trips beyond town. For a bike used to commute, run errands and get around regularly, the most useful additions are often those that make everyday journeys easier: somewhere to carry your belongings, protection when the scooter is parked, and parts relevant to frequent stopping in traffic.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha NMAX 155

For the 2017 NMAX 155, the available accessory types focus on practical day-to-day needs. How much you carry, where you park and the conditions you ride in can all shape what makes sense for your journeys:

• Luggage: useful when a commute involves more than a simple ride from A to B. Space for work items or the things you pick up while running errands means less to carry on your back. It can also help on longer journeys when you want an extra layer close at hand.
• Covers and leg covers: address two different parts of regular scooter use. A cover helps shield your NMAX 155 while it is parked; a leg cover gives the rider some shelter on colder journeys. That can be particularly welcome when a cross-town trip includes repeated stops at lights and junctions.
• Brakes: urban riding calls for frequent slowing and stopping, from queues to pedestrian crossings. Brake parts are therefore worth considering when maintaining a scooter you rely on throughout the week, whether most of your riding stays in town or extends to faster roads.

SHAD, Tucano Urbano and Braking are among the accessory brands available for this model. The right starting point is the part of your routine you want to address: carrying more, riding through colder weather or looking after the brakes.
