Accessories for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally

The Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally is an adventure bike at home on road trips and unsurfaced routes. That mix shapes what is worth fitting: support when you stand on the pegs, protection for exposed areas and somewhere to carry what you need for a longer ride. A setup that works on the motorway may also need to make sense once the tarmac ends.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally

• Footpegs: standing up on loose surfaces puts your weight through the pegs, so the way your boots rest on them matters. They are especially relevant on routes where you regularly switch between seated and standing riding.
• Screens: on the road sections between trails, a screen helps manage the airflow reaching you. Think about your usual riding position as well as the time you spend covering distance on tarmac.
• Luggage: cases give you a place for clothing and kit on multi-day trips. For this bike, it is useful to weigh up what you need to carry against how often your route takes you off road.
• Protectors: stones, branches and low-speed drops are all reasons to consider protection on an adventure bike used on trails. Barkbusters is among the accessory brands available for this model.
• Handlebars: your reach to the bars affects how natural it feels to ride standing up. It becomes particularly noticeable when a day involves both long road stretches and slower riding on uneven ground.

Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally versions by year

The bike has changed between the 2020–2024 and 2025–2026 versions, so certain parts cannot be used across both. Footpegs, screens and protectors are particular examples. Choose your bike's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours, rather than mixing parts intended for different versions. That leaves you free to focus on how you actually ride it.
