Accessories for the Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally Edition

The Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally Edition is an adventure bike suited to journeys that take in both tarmac and unpaved tracks. Whether you ride out for the day or pack for a longer trip, that mixed use shapes your accessory choices: protection off-road, a comfortable standing position and enough wind coverage and luggage capacity for the miles between trails.

What riders usually fit to the Yamaha Ténéré 700 Rally Edition

• Protectors and crash bars: worth prioritising if your routes involve loose stones, ruts or awkward turns on uneven ground. They help protect exposed areas from impacts and low-speed falls, making protection a practical starting point for a trail-focused setup.
• Screens: useful for tailoring wind protection on longer road sections. On an adventure bike ridden both seated and standing, the aim is to balance coverage at road speeds with a clear view of the ground ahead when the route gets technical.
• Footpegs and handlebars: central to your riding position as you move between sitting on the road and standing on the trails. Foot support and hand position deserve particular attention if much of your day is spent riding off-road.
• Levers: reach and feel matter during slow, controlled riding, when you use the clutch and brake repeatedly. They are worth considering when setting up the riding position around your hands and the gloves you wear on mixed-surface trips.
• Luggage: provides space for clothing and other essentials on multi-day journeys. If narrow tracks are part of the itinerary, plan around what you actually need to carry rather than adding unnecessary bulk for the off-road sections.

Choosing parts for 2021-2024 and 2025-2026 bikes

The Ténéré 700 Rally Edition has changed over the years, so the 2021-2024 and 2025-2026 versions do not share every accessory fitment. Handlebars, screens and mirrors are examples of parts that are not interchangeable across all years. Choose your bike's year on this page to see only the accessories that fit yours.
