Accessories for the Zero DS

The Zero DS is an electric dual-sport bike suited to a mix of city journeys, road riding and easier tracks. That range of uses is worth keeping in mind when considering accessories. A bike ridden mostly on the daily commute may call for a different approach from one taken on longer rides or regularly used away from tarmac. Think about the journeys you actually make, how long you spend riding and whether unpaved sections are a regular part of your routes.

What riders usually fit to the Zero DS

For a bike that moves between urban streets and open roads, it makes sense to start with the way each journey feels rather than trying to prepare for every possible outing. Frequent stops and short trips put the emphasis on ease of use in town. Longer stretches on the road raise different questions about comfort over time. If you ride on tracks as well, that is another part of the picture when deciding what belongs on your Zero DS.

It can help to separate the rides you take every week from those you only make occasionally. A change that suits a long weekend route might matter less on a short commute, while something you notice every day can be easier to justify. When your riding mixes tarmac with uneven ground, consider how you handle the bike at low speeds and when stopping, not just how it feels while moving.

This page brings together accessories for the Zero DS, including items from Puig. Keep your bike’s year in mind when looking through individual items; the years covered here run from 2012 to 2026. The aim is to find additions that suit the riding you really do, whether that is mostly in town or a regular mix of roads and tracks.
