Öhlins Forks

A complete Öhlins fork replaces the whole front suspension: fork tubes, sliders and the damping internals, assembled and ready to go into your bike's yokes. It is the part riders look for when they prepare a superbike for the track, a motocross or enduro bike, or an adventure bike that wants to go further off-road.

The forks available

• Superbikes, with FGR and FGRT part numbers: Ducati Panigale V4 and V4 R, Multistrada V2 and Supersport 950; Yamaha YZF-R1, R6 and MT-10; Kawasaki ZX-10R; BMW S 1000 RR and M 1000 RR; Honda CBR 1000 RR-R; and the 2022-2025 Suzuki Hayabusa.
• Motocross and enduro (FFX): Honda CRF 150 R, 250 R and 450 R, Kawasaki KXF 250 and 450, and the Beta RR two and four-stroke range.
• Adventure: the FFHO 101 and 102 for the Honda Africa Twin CRF1000L and CRF1100L.
• Universal: FF 520 and FF 521, for one-off projects.

Complete fork or cartridge

If your stock fork is in good condition, Öhlins fork cartridges replace only its internals and give you much of the behaviour with fewer new parts. A complete fork makes sense when the original is damaged, when you want to renew the whole front end, tubes included, or in racing, where the widest adjustment range is what counts.

The universal forks require adapted yokes, spindle and brake caliper mounts: this is a job for a workshop that specialises in suspension. And for the bike to stay balanced, the rear has to keep up: look at the rear shocks for your model or go back to the full Öhlins range.
