The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2015-2018 BMW S1000RR is designed to improve wind protection while retaining the bike’s sporty look. Its double-bubble profile directs airflow away from the helmet and upper torso, while two side channels help reduce pressure on the rider’s shoulders.
Puig develops the shape using a virtual wind tunnel to optimise airflow. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the screen also undergoes a machine-vision quality check.
