The Puig Z-Racing screen for the Aprilia Tuono 1000R 2006-2010 is designed to improve aerodynamic protection while retaining the bike’s sporty character. Its double-bubble shape redirects airflow away from your helmet and upper body.
Puig develops the design using a virtual wind tunnel to optimise the drag coefficient (Cx). The screen is designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with machine-vision quality checks during production.

- Aerodynamic improvement: compared with the original screen, the Z-Racing range achieves an average improvement of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position.
