Shipping policy

The indicated shipping times begin to be counted from the moment the order is marked as "sent", and not from the moment the order is placed. When the order is sent you will receive an email to the address indicated in your account. You can also check the status of your order within your user panel > History and details of my orders.

Below you can see a list of the different areas to which we send with their respective estimated shipping times and costs:

Spain peninsula

• Delivery time: from 24 to 72 hours (depending the carrier).
• Cost: from € 4 to € 19, depending on the weight and volume of the order. Free for light orders (up to 0.5kg) and more than 25€ or heavier orders starting from 50€.

Spain baleares

• Delivery time: from 24 to 48 hours.
• Cost: from 5€ to 40€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

Spain canarias

• Delivery time: 3 to 4 days.
• Cost: from 36€ to 190€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

International: Zone 1

• Included countries: Germany
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.
• Cost: from 10€ to 33€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

International: Zone 2

• Included countries: France
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.
• Cost: from 12€ to 34€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

International: Zone 3

• Included countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania.
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.
• Cost: from 14€ to 35€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

International: Zone 4

• Included countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg.
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.
• Cost: from 16€ to 40€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

International: Zone 5

• Included countries: Denmark, Finland, Sweden.
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 days.
• Cost: from 25€ to 51€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Once the order has been received, you can process your return for a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item. In this case, we will refund the price paid for such products. Keep in mind that the expenses caused by the return of the product will be borne by the consumer.

Your right to return the order will be given exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them . You must also include all the instructions, documents, promotional product and packaging of the products. No refund will be made if the product has been used or if it has suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product (s) while they are in your possession.

Please treat the products with reasonable care while they are in your possession and keep the original boxes and packaging for the return case. No refund will be made if the product is not returned in the original box with the same content with which it was sent.

Methods and payment terms

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

• Credit Card: We use CaixaBank and the RedSys payment gateway to process orders by credit card. The data on the card is not processed or stored by credit cards. It has no added cost to the order.
• PayPal: You can use the PayPal platform to make payments without any extra charge.
• Bank transfer: The order will take more time to be delivered, since it will not begin to prepare until receipt of the deposit. The bank details where to make the transfer will be displayed after the order is placed.
• Cash on delivery: You can make the payment at the time of delivery with this payment method. It has an additional cost of 3,20€. Available only for orders of less than 250€ and for peninsular Spain.
