Quad Lock Waterproof 12 V to USB Smart Adaptor

The Quad Lock waterproof 12 V to USB adaptor powers the brand’s weatherproof wireless charging head from your motorcycle battery. It can also be used with a compatible power supply on a boat or caravan.

Its switch has On, Off and Auto settings. In Auto mode, power comes on when the input rises above 13.5 V and switches off when it falls below 12.5 V, helping to prevent the motorcycle battery from draining while the engine is stopped.

• Input: 12–24 V DC.
• USB-A output: up to 18 W (5 V/3 A, 9 V/2 A or 12 V/1.5 A).
• Water protection: IP66 rating for the adaptor and cable housing; IP64 for the USB-A sealing boot.
• Electrical protection: reverse polarity protection and an in-line 3 A fast-blow fuse.
• Included connections: female USB-A port on a 1.5 m cable, 10 cm SAE cable and 1 m SAE-to-ring-terminal cable.
• Materials: polycarbonate housing, TPU toggle switch and brass ring terminals.
• Fitting accessories: USB-A sealing boot and five cable ties.

The sealing boot is designed for the USB-A to USB-C cable supplied with the Quad Lock weatherproof wireless charging head.
