Rizoma footpeg mounting kits

Rizoma footpeg mounting kits are the parts that fix the footpeg to your bike's original mount, exactly where the standard one sat. Each kit is made for one side and one model, which makes it the first thing to get right when you swap to the Italian brand's footpegs.

How to read a kit's name

They all follow the same order: "Kit Montaje Estriberas" (footpeg mounting kit), the side, the make and model with its years, and the part number. A "Piloto" kit replaces the rider's footpeg support, a "Pasajero" kit the passenger's, and "Piloto / Pasajero" works for both. Those that carry the word excéntrica add an offset piece that lets you vary the position of the footpeg compared with the original; how far it moves is something to check on each product page.

Bikes with a kit

• Adventure and trail: Yamaha Ténéré 700, BMW R 1300 GS and R 12, Honda Africa Twin and Transalp, Ducati DesertX and Multistrada, Suzuki V-Strom and Harley-Davidson Pan America.
• Nakeds and sports bikes: Yamaha MT-07 and MT-09, Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono, KTM Super Duke, plus the Suzuki GSX-R and GSX-S or the Kawasaki ZX-10R and ZX-4R.
• Cruisers and maxi-scooters: Harley-Davidson Softail Slim, Indian FTR 1200 and Honda Forza 750.

Many kits cover "several models" of one make because they share the same mount. In that case the title sums it up and the product page details which bikes and years it takes.

Before you order

Check the year of your bike, because a new generation can change the mount. If you save your bike to your garage, the bar above the list shows how many kits fit it and lets you view only those. And if you need rider and passenger, see whether a combined kit exists before ordering two. If you have not picked a footpeg yet, they are in the Rizoma footpegs section; to compare with other mounting systems, see the footrest adapters, and the brand's full range is under Rizoma.
