The red Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2011-2016 Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 gives the bike a sportier look while helping to reduce the airflow reaching the rider. It is designed to improve aerodynamic comfort over the original screen, whether you ride upright or tucked in.

Puig analysed the design in a virtual wind tunnel to optimise airflow. The screen is designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with machine-vision quality checks used during production.

  • Double-bubble shape: directs air away from the helmet and upper torso.
  • Side channels: guide air outwards to help reduce pressure on the shoulders.
  • Aerodynamic improvement: an average of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position compared with the original screen.
  • Thickness: 3 mm.
  • Edge profile: rounded by more than 2 mm, with TÜV certification.
  • UV resistance: helps the screen withstand exposure during use.
  • Weight: 370 g.

Installation does not require additional parts such as edge trim. It carries ABE approval KBA 38182 VS3; check the ABE documentation to confirm that your specific motorcycle model is covered before fitting it.
