The SW-MOTECH DUSC pannier and top box set gives your 2025 Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally a complete luggage system in black. Its hard cases protect your belongings from water, dust and impacts, while bike-specific carriers provide a tailored fit.

• Separate storage spaces: the set includes a 33-litre DUSC M pannier, a 41-litre DUSC L pannier and a 55-litre DUSC XL top box. The top box accommodates two helmets, including motocross helmets with communication systems.
• Case construction: the L pannier and top box feature 3 mm thermoformed ABS shells with an aluminium frame.
• PRO side carriers: made from 2.5 mm steel, they sit close to the bike and can be removed completely using quick-release fasteners.
• ADVENTURE-RACK: this 4 mm aluminium-alloy luggage rack has large openings for securing loads. Its powder coating provides corrosion protection.
• Interior protection: EVA inserts in the top box help prevent scratches on helmets and other delicate items.
• Single-key locking: the supplied lock set secures the cases and their carrier attachments using one key, and includes anti-theft protection for the PRO carriers.
• Installation equipment: the required adapters, six opening limiters, a multitool keyring, fitting instructions and mounting hardware are included.

Suited to long road journeys and off-road touring, the system mounts to the bike’s original fixing points.
