The SW-MOTECH ION footrest kit with adaptors is designed for the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure from 2024 onwards. It provides a generous platform and secure footing for riding on the road or off it.
- Adjustable height: fit the footrests at the original height or approximately 15 mm lower.
- Platform size: approximately 8 × 5 cm, giving your feet more room and support.
- Material: cast stainless steel footrests that resist corrosion.
- Grip: a raised, non-slip surface helps keep your feet in place off-road.
- Vibration reduction: removable rubber inserts.
- Hinged joints: made from aluminium alloy, allowing the footrests to fold if the motorcycle falls over.
- Approval: national type approval (ABE) for use on German roads.
Instructions and fitting hardware are included. Fitting the adaptors also requires reusing original parts from your motorcycle, such as springs and pins.
