The SW-MOTECH Adventure protection set for the Honda CB500X from 2018 brings together engine and hand protection. It provides extra protection in a fall and when riding on unpaved tracks.
The set includes engine crash bars, a sump guard and Adventure handguards with their mounts. Designed for this motorcycle, the parts fit precisely and attach to the original mounting points without modifying the bike.
- Crash bars: steel tubing with 22 and 27 mm diameters, powder-coated to resist corrosion and weathering.
- Sump guard: aluminium protection for the underside of the engine against stones and impacts.
- Handguard mounts: aluminium backbones with steel handlebar ends that reduce vibration.
- Adventure shells: impact-resistant plastic with an enclosed shape to shield your hands from wind, weather and brush.
- Total weight: approximately 9.2 kg.
- Fitting: instructions and mounting hardware are included.
Before fitting, note that the sump guard cannot be combined with GIVI engine crash bars. The handguards are also incompatible with KOBRA or BBSTORM mounting kits.
