The Akrapovič Evolution Line is a full exhaust system for the 2016-2020 Kawasaki ZX-10R, designed to improve engine response while cutting weight. It also gives the bike a deeper, sportier sound.
An optional carbon-fibre silencer bracket is available. The performance and weight figures come from Akrapovič’s tests on the bike in its product data and may vary by model.
- Construction: lightweight titanium-alloy system with a hand-crafted hexagonal carbon-fibre silencer and carbon-fibre end cap.
- Power: increase of +16.5 hp (+12.1 kW) at 6700 rpm.
- Torque: increase of +14.2 Nm at 6700 rpm.
- Weight: 3.9 kg versus 9.3 kg for the standard system, a reduction of 58.1%.
- Noise reducer: DB killer included.
- Fitting: approximately 90 minutes.
Installation requires an ECU remap using the dedicated mapping developed by Akrapovič with Rapid Bike by Dimsport. This system is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for use on public roads.
