The Akrapovič Evolution Line titanium full exhaust is designed for track use on the Honda CBR 600 RR 2004-2018. It replaces the standard system with a lighter exhaust that delivers increased engine performance and a racing sound.

Akrapovič measured the figures below on a 2012 motorcycle; results may vary by model.

  • Peak power: an increase of 5.1 CV (3.8 kW) at 7800 rpm.
  • Weight: 4.2 kg versus 7.5 kg for the standard exhaust, a reduction of 44%.
  • Construction: combines titanium and carbon fibre with carefully executed welds.
  • Noise insert: no dB killer is fitted.
  • ABS: the system does not fit motorcycles equipped with ABS.

On 2009 and earlier models, it cannot be fitted with the original fairing. It is not road approved and does not meet emissions requirements for street or highway use: this exhaust is for track use only.
