Akrapovič Exhaust in Carbon for Suzuki GSX-R 1000 (17-25) S-S10SO12-HRC

The Akrapovič slip-on silencer for the Suzuki GSX-R 1000 2017-2025 replaces the standard exhaust with a smaller, hexagonal unit. It gives the bike a sportier look and a deeper exhaust note.

No ECU remapping is needed when fitting the slip-on on its own. Optional headers can improve torque and power in the mid and upper rev ranges, but adding them does require remapping.

• Construction: lightweight titanium with a carbon-fibre outer sleeve, end cap and heat shield.
• Weight: 1.92 kg versus 3.25 kg for the standard exhaust on Akrapovič’s test bike, a reduction of 40.9%.
• Measured power: maximum gain of 1 hp (0.7 kW) at 13,100 rpm on the test bike.
• Measured torque: maximum gain of 1.5 Nm at 6,250 rpm on the test bike.
• Approval: TÜV Euro 4; EC/ECE compliant.
• Fitting: straightforward installation, with an estimated fitting time of 20 minutes.
• Noise insert: no dB killer is fitted.

Measured results may vary between bikes. The EC/ECE type-approval certificate is not valid for Euro 5 or Euro 5+ models, so check your bike’s emissions standard before fitting.
