Akrapovič’s titanium Slip-On Line silencers are designed for the Yamaha V MAX 1200 and V MAX 1700 from 2009-2016. They change the bike’s appearance and bring Akrapovič’s distinctive sound without replacing the entire exhaust system.
Their design follows the V MAX’s lines, while the system aims to combine low weight with improved power delivery.
- End caps: CNC-machined aluminium.
- Power: +2.4 CV (+1.8 kW) at 9,000 rpm on the bike used for Akrapovič’s measurements.
- Torque: +1.9 Nm at 8,300 rpm in the same measurements.
- Weight: 3.9 kg versus 5.1 kg for the standard exhaust measured by Akrapovič; 23.5% less.
- Noise reduction: DB killer included.
- Approval: TÜV Euro 3.
