The Akrapovič Racing Line is a complete exhaust system for the 2020-2026 Yamaha TMAX 500 and TMAX 560. Its titanium-sleeved silencer delivers responsive throttle operation and a deep, lively exhaust note.
The silencer sleeve is sandblasted, while the end cap carries an embossed Akrapovič logo. The system also fits the TMAX Tech MAX version.
- Pipework: stainless-steel headers and link pipe.
- Carbon fibre: end cap and heat shield included.
- Included components: catalytic converter and noise reducer (DB killer).
- Weight: 6.75 kg versus 8.64 kg for the standard system, a reduction of 21.9%.
- Measured gains: +1.9 CV (+1.4 kW) and +1.9 Nm at 7,000 rpm in Akrapovič’s tests on its listed motorcycle. Results may vary by model.
- Approval: TÜV Euro 5+ and EC/ECE Euro 5+ type approval.
Installation requires no ECU remapping. Akrapovič estimates a fitting time of around 45 minutes.
