The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2021-2026 Aprilia RS 660 replaces the original fairing screen and gives the bike a sportier profile. It is designed to reduce air pressure on the rider and improve comfort on the road.
Puig develops the Z-Racing range using virtual wind-tunnel analysis. Its double-height shape directs airflow away from the helmet and upper torso, while two side channels guide air outwards to help relieve pressure on the shoulders.
- Aerodynamic gains: across the range, an average improvement of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position, compared with original screens.
- Material: 3 mm high-impact acrylic.
- Edge: rounded profile measuring over 2 mm.
- Certification: TÜV.
- UV resistance: helps protect the screen against sunlight.
- Weight: 370 g.
- Approval: ABE 38182 VS3.
Installation does not require additional parts such as edge trim. Before using it on public roads, check the ABE documentation to confirm that your specific motorcycle model is covered.
