The Puig R-Racer screen for the 2021-2026 Aprilia RS 660 replaces the screen on the original fairing. Its increased height helps direct airflow away from the rider’s helmet and shoulders, while its shape is designed to improve aerodynamics compared with the standard screen.
Drawing on Puig’s racing experience, the design is assessed in a virtual wind tunnel to optimise its aerodynamic coefficient. It is also designed to provide a clear view through the screen. It is designed and manufactured in Barcelona.
