The Puig Z-Racing screen for the Aprilia Tuono 660 2021-2026 and Tuono V4 1100 2021-2024 offers extra aerodynamic protection while retaining a sporty look. Its double-bubble shape directs airflow away from the helmet and upper body, while side channels help reduce pressure on the rider’s shoulders.
Puig develops the design using a virtual wind tunnel. Compared with original screens, the Z-Racing range delivers an average aerodynamic improvement of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position.
