The Puig R-Racer screen for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade (2020-2025) replaces the original fairing screen to improve aerodynamics. Its increased height helps divert airflow away from the rider’s helmet and shoulders while providing good visibility through the screen.
Drawing on Puig’s racing experience, its design is assessed using a virtual wind tunnel. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, it undergoes machine-vision quality checks during production.

- Edge: a rounded profile of more than 2 mm that meets TÜV safety requirements.
- UV resistance: designed to withstand exposure to ultraviolet light.
