More info
The blue Puig Z-Racing screen for the Honda CBR500R 2013-2015 brings a sportier look and greater aerodynamic protection. Its shape helps divert airflow away from the rider’s helmet and upper body for a more comfortable ride.
The double-bubble design has two side channels that guide air outwards, helping to reduce pressure on the shoulders. Puig develops the screen using a virtual wind tunnel to refine airflow; it is designed and manufactured in Barcelona.
- Aerodynamic improvement: an average of 12.7% when riding upright and up to 61% in a racing position, compared with the original screen.
- Material: 3 mm high-impact acrylic.
- Edge profile: rounded edge of more than 2 mm, meeting TÜV safety requirements.
- Weight: 329 g.
- UV resistance: resistant to ultraviolet rays.
- Approval: ABE KBA 38182 VS3.
- Fitting: no additional parts such as edge trim are required.
Before fitting, check the ABE documentation to confirm that the approval covers your specific motorcycle model.
