IXRACE DCX2 Exhausts

The IXRACE DCX2 exhaust is easy to spot from a distance: instead of a single cone, its silencer has two 85 mm round sections side by side, made from forged carbon, with a stainless steel end piece, a race-style outlet mesh and a resin-inlaid logo. It is 240 mm long and weighs around 840 grams, so it stays short and light even though it fills out the rear end visually.

Which bikes it fits

It covers an unusually broad spread for such a small line: BMW R 1300 GS and the 2023 R nineT; Ducati Multistrada V4 and Monster 937; Honda CB 1000 R, Forza 750 and X-ADV, plus the CB 650 R and CBR 650 R, where it comes as a full system with headers; Kawasaki Z 900, including the A2 version; and Suzuki GSX-8S, GSX-8R and GSX-8T, GSR 750 and GSX-S 750.

Before you choose it

Road approval in this line goes bike by bike: most part numbers have it, but those for the nineT, Multistrada V4, Monster 937 and the GSX-8 family do not. The silencer is held on with springs. If you like carbon but prefer a shorter, more discreet cone, the MK2C version of the IXRACE MK2 is the alternative, and the brand's other lines are under IXRACE. What changes between a road-legal and a race exhaust is explained in motorcycle exhausts.
