The Puig Z-Racing screen for the 2026 KTM 990RC R combines a sporty shape with improved aerodynamic protection. Its double-bubble design directs airflow away from the rider’s helmet and upper body for greater comfort.
Two side channels guide air outwards, helping to reduce pressure on the shoulders. Puig develops the shape using virtual wind-tunnel analysis and manufactures the screen in Barcelona.
