Accessories for the Aprilia RS 250

The Aprilia RS 250 is a sports bike suited to winding roads and track days. That riding style puts the emphasis on managing airflow, feeling comfortable at the controls and looking after the fairing. Whether you ride mainly on the road or spend time on track, useful additions should support the tucked riding position and make it easier to care for the bike between outings.

What riders usually fit to the Aprilia RS 250

• Screens: help deflect airflow on open roads and along circuit straights. On the RS 250, wind protection is closely linked to your riding position, particularly when you lower your upper body and tuck in behind the fairing.
• Protectors and crash protection: aim to limit damage if the bike falls, although they cannot prevent it entirely. For a faired sports bike, this is relevant to low-speed mishaps as well as losing balance while moving it around the garage.
• Fasteners: are useful when renewing fixings during maintenance or tidying up the bodywork. If you remove your RS 250's fairing to work on the bike between track days, the fixings deserve attention when everything goes back together.
• Levers: form a key connection between rider and bike during sporty riding. Repeated braking and clutch use on winding roads make lever shape and reach relevant to how your fingers sit and how comfortably you operate the controls.
• Stands: provide support for cleaning and maintenance when the riding is done. For an RS 250 used on track, they are also useful during preparation beforehand and when checking the bike over back in the garage.

For road use, focus first on airflow and your contact with the controls. Regular track outings also make secure bodywork fixings and support for stationary maintenance worth prioritising.
