Accessories for the CFMoto 800MT Touring

The CFMoto 800MT Touring is an adventure bike suited to trips that go well beyond a quick ride out. That makes luggage, comfort over distance and protection worth considering together rather than as separate upgrades. What makes sense for your bike depends on whether you travel with a pillion, use it for everyday journeys or spend long days on the road.

What riders usually fit to the CFMoto 800MT Touring

• Motorcycle luggage: cases give you room for clothing and other essentials without carrying everything on your back. For a touring bike, it is worth thinking about how much you take on a weekend away and how much space a pillion needs when joining you.
• Handlebars: your riding position matters when one day involves hours of changing roads. Handlebar options let you consider where your hands sit and how comfortably you can hold that position, particularly if your rides regularly stretch well beyond the daily commute.
• Screens: these help manage the airflow reaching your upper body and helmet on faster roads. On a bike used for long-distance rides, the benefit is most relevant when you maintain a steady pace for miles; your height also affects which screen feels right.
• Lighting: additional lighting is useful to consider if your journeys start before sunrise or end after dark. It is particularly relevant when you travel at different times of year and cannot plan every part of a route around daylight hours.
• Crash protection: protectors and bars add a layer of protection to exposed areas. They can make sense when the bike is carrying luggage, or when a route includes unpaved stretches and low-speed manoeuvres as well as tarmac.

Start with the journeys you actually make: the amount you carry, the time you spend at cruising speed and the roads you take. Those details help you decide whether luggage, wind protection or protection for the bike should come first.
