Accessories for HONDA CB600S HORNET

Accessories for the Honda CB600S Hornet

The Honda CB600S Hornet is a versatile road bike suited to weekday commuting and weekend rides on winding roads. Choosing accessories starts with how you split your time between those journeys. A comfortable riding position and protection matter for regular town use, while luggage becomes more useful when a short ride turns into a few days away.

What riders usually fit to the Honda CB600S Hornet

• Handlebars: bar width and height influence the position of your arms and upper body. For a Hornet used in traffic as well as on country roads, the aim is a comfortable reach that still lets you manoeuvre naturally at low speeds.
• Protectors: daily commuting means frequent parking and moving the bike in confined spaces. Protectors can help limit damage from a stationary fall or low-speed mishap, making them a practical consideration for a Hornet that sees regular urban use.
• Luggage: cases give you somewhere to carry overnight essentials when you take the Hornet further afield. They also offer an alternative to a rucksack on the commute, with extra carrying space particularly useful when travelling with a pillion.
• Stands and supports: depending on their design, these help support the bike during cleaning and maintenance. For a Hornet covering weekday journeys and weekend miles, they make it easier to set aside space in the garage for those regular jobs.
• Covers: a cover helps keep dirt off your Hornet while it is parked. It is a useful addition if the bike spends the working day outside or stays in the garage between occasional weekend outings.

For mostly solo commuting, focus first on riding position and protection. For trips with a pillion, plan luggage space around both riders rather than just your own overnight bag.
