Accessories for the Kawasaki Z H2 SE

The Kawasaki Z H2 SE is a sporty naked bike suited to winding roads as well as everyday riding. Choosing accessories for it is largely about riding position, wind exposure and protection when manoeuvring or parking. A setup that feels right on a short weekend ride may need a different balance if your usual route also involves town traffic and long motorway stretches.

What riders usually fit to the Kawasaki Z H2 SE

• Handlebars: bar position influences your upper body posture and how your hands meet the controls. For a Z H2 SE used around town and on twisty roads, the aim is a comfortable reach without putting unnecessary pressure on your wrists during slower journeys.
• Levers: a comfortable reach to the brake and clutch helps you operate the controls without stretching your fingers. That matters when your riding mixes repeated clutch use in traffic with frequent braking on winding roads, rather than being limited to short, uninterrupted runs.
• Footpegs: these support your feet and influence knee bend and freedom to move on the bike. On a sporty naked, a tightly tucked riding position is not the only consideration: comfort also matters during the miles between home and your favourite stretch of bends.
• Screens: wind exposure becomes more noticeable when a naked bike spends time on faster roads. A screen can divert some airflow away from your torso, making it a useful addition when reaching quieter riding roads involves a substantial motorway or dual carriageway journey.
• Crash bungs and guards: protection is worth considering when the Z H2 SE also handles everyday town duties, including parking and low-speed manoeuvres. These accessories can help limit contact between certain parts of the bike and the ground in a stationary drop, but cannot prevent every kind of damage.
