Accessories for the Kymco G-Dink 125i

The Kymco G-Dink 125i is a scooter suited to everyday urban journeys, from commuting to running errands. Frequent stops, tight turns and unfamiliar streets make comfort at the controls, rearward visibility and navigation useful priorities. Accessories for this kind of riding should address those everyday needs rather than add unnecessary equipment. The options for this model include accessories from Puig.

What riders usually fit to the Kymco G-Dink 125i

• Handlebar accessories: Stop-start journeys mean plenty of time working the controls and steering through low-speed turns. This is an area worth focusing on for a daily G-Dink commute, with hand comfort and an easy reach to the controls taking priority when adapting the riding position.
• Mirrors: A useful rearward view helps you monitor following traffic before changing lanes or joining a busy road. For urban G-Dink riding, the aim is to see what is happening behind you from your normal seated position, without having to shift around for a clear view.
• Protectors: Daily parking and manoeuvring in confined spaces bring the possibility of scrapes or a stationary tip-over. Protectors help shield the areas they cover, making them a practical consideration for a G-Dink that regularly moves between roadside parking spaces, home and the workplace.
• Phone mounts: Useful when your errands take you to different addresses or your commute involves an unfamiliar diversion. A mount keeps route guidance visible on the G-Dink, avoiding the need to take your phone out of a pocket whenever you stop to check directions.

Position the phone mount clear of the instruments and controls, and set your route before moving off. Adjust the mirrors while sitting in your usual riding position.
