Accessories for the Kymco Xciting 400i

The Kymco Xciting 400i suits city commuting as well as journeys beyond urban streets. That mix of riding gives wind protection and everyday practicality a clear place when choosing accessories. A commute along faster roads calls for a different emphasis from short journeys with frequent stops, while outdoor parking and year-round use bring security and weather protection into the picture.

What riders usually fit to the Kymco Xciting 400i

• Screens: wind exposure becomes more noticeable when your commute includes dual carriageways rather than just town traffic. A screen helps tailor wind protection to the way you use the Xciting 400i, particularly if longer stretches on open roads are part of your daily journey.
• Protectors: squeezing into scooter parking spaces and manoeuvring through tight areas are familiar parts of urban ownership. Protective accessories help limit damage to the areas they cover from minor knocks or low-speed falls during that stop-start daily routine.
• Phone mounts: useful when your scooter takes you beyond a familiar commute to appointments or new addresses around town. A mount holds your phone in place for navigation, with the route set before departure so there is no need to handle it while riding.
• Locks: security deserves particular attention if your Xciting 400i spends the working day parked on the street. For journeys involving several stops, a lock that is straightforward to carry and apply makes securing the scooter at each destination less cumbersome.
• Covers and leg blankets: these serve different sides of year-round scooter use. A leg blanket helps shelter you from the cold on the morning commute, whereas a cover protects the parked scooter from exposure to the weather between journeys.
