Accessories for MASH BLACK SEVEN

Accessories for the Mash Black Seven

The Mash Black Seven’s classic style suits everyday town riding and unhurried outings on country roads. Accessories for this kind of use need to balance practicality with appearance: a screen can make sense on open stretches, while protection is useful around parking spaces. Smaller styling changes offer another way to personalise the bike without turning it into something far removed from its original character.

What riders usually fit to the Mash Black Seven

• Screens: Worth considering when your commute extends beyond town or your weekend route takes in exposed roads. A screen helps deflect airflow as you ride, while its shape also makes a noticeable contribution to the Black Seven’s classic-looking front end.
• Protectors: Daily urban use often means wheeling the bike through narrow spaces and manoeuvring into parking spots. Protectors help reduce damage to the areas they cover from minor knocks or stationary falls, making them a practical addition for a regularly used Black Seven.
• Bodywork and styling: These accessories suit a build focused on the bike’s classic appearance rather than touring or track riding. Smaller touches such as fasteners, covers and caps can also contribute to a coordinated finish without requiring a wholesale visual makeover.
• Number plate holders: A way to alter how the registration plate sits visually within the rear of the bike. They are relevant if your aim is a cleaner-looking tail that still works with the Black Seven’s understated, traditional style.
• Levers: Junctions, traffic lights and low-speed urban riding keep your hands busy at the controls. Replacement levers let you refresh these frequently used contact points while also paying attention to the finish around the handlebars.

For regular commuting, start with wind management and protection. For an appearance-led project, treating the front end, controls and tail as parts of the same design helps preserve the Black Seven’s character.
