Accessories for the Suzuki 125XT

How you use your Suzuki 125XT is a useful starting point when choosing accessories. If your journeys take you through town, riding position and frequent manoeuvres deserve attention. When you head out onto open roads, the airflow reaching your body becomes another consideration. Screens, handlebars and protectors address these practical concerns, helping you focus on wind protection, your reach to the controls and looking after exposed areas.

What riders usually fit to the Suzuki 125XT

• Screens: if you regularly take your 125XT beyond town, wind protection becomes more relevant as you spend longer riding without a stop. A screen redirects some of the airflow reaching your body. Its height and shape influence the coverage, so the balance between short urban journeys and longer road rides matters when deciding how much shelter you need.
• Handlebars: your reach to the controls affects the position of your arms and wrists. For a 125XT used around town, where turns and low-speed manoeuvres are common, that makes the handlebar area worth attention. The aim is a relaxed, natural reach from your normal seated position, rather than a change that leaves you stretching forward throughout your daily journey.
• Protectors: frequent parking and short trips bring their own reasons to look after exposed areas of your 125XT. Protectors help shield the areas they cover against contact and scuffing. For this kind of everyday use, they serve a different purpose from a screen: caring for the bike rather than changing the way air reaches the rider.

Consider the screen and handlebar setup together: your riding position also affects how you meet the airflow. That relationship matters when you are trying to make time on the road more comfortable.
