Accessories for the Zontes G1-125

The Zontes G1-125 brings scrambler styling to everyday riding, suiting both the daily commute and outings on quieter roads. Choosing accessories starts with how you split your time between the two. Wind protection becomes more relevant on longer stretches of open road, while town riding puts the emphasis on comfortable controls, rearward visibility and protection against the occasional stationary drop. A useful set-up should reflect the journeys you actually make.

What riders usually fit to the Zontes G1-125

• Screens: if your commute includes open roads, or your weekend rides take you beyond town, a screen can help deflect airflow away from your upper body. It serves a clearer purpose on a G1-125 covering longer stretches than one used mainly for short urban hops.
• Protectors, crash bungs and crash bars: daily use means frequent parking and low-speed manoeuvres. These accessories aim to limit damage to the areas they cover if the bike tips over while stationary, making them worth considering for a G1-125 that handles everyday transport duties.
• Handlebars and levers: repeated clutch and brake use in urban traffic makes the relationship between your hands and the controls particularly important. For a G1-125 used on the daily commute, these are practical areas to focus on when tailoring your riding position.
• Mirrors: rearward visibility matters when joining traffic or changing lanes around town. Mirrors also have a noticeable influence on the G1-125's scrambler appearance, so they offer a way to adjust its look while keeping their everyday role firmly in mind.
• Phone mounts: navigation is useful when your urban journeys involve unfamiliar destinations, or when a weekend route takes you onto new roads. A mount keeps directions in view; set your destination before moving off rather than handling the phone while riding.
