Puig aluminum chassis caps

Many frames have open holes, at the ends of the tubes or at mounting points, through which water and dirt can get in. Puig aluminium chassis caps close them with machined, anodised aluminium parts, which give the frame a neater look and stop moisture building up inside. According to Puig's product page, each kit includes several caps of different diameters, with the logo engraved: the one for the BMW R 1250 R, for example, has more than a dozen.

Bikes and colours

• BMW R 1200 GS and R 1250 GS, Adventure versions included: black, gold, silver and red. They share the same kit, part number 21432.
• BMW R 1250 R (2018-2026): blue, black, gold and silver.
• Kawasaki Z900 (2025-2026): black and green.

Check the model and years carefully: the kit is made for each bike's frame, and none will fit another.

Fitting and combinations

They go on with an Allen key, so you can change them whenever you like. Before ordering, check the product page to see which holes each kit covers on your bike. If all you need are simple plugs rather than a full kit, there are the Puig frame caps, and to repeat the colour on other bolts on the bike, Puig anodised bolts come in similar finishes.
